Prerequisites
- You must have an active account with a subscription to the platform.
- You must be logged in to the Help Center at: support.rosepetal.ai.
Accessing the form
Go to support.rosepetal.ai, log in, and click Submit a ticket. This opens the form.
Completing the form fields
- Department: select the most relevant option (see full list below).
- Subject: enter a short, clear title (required).
- Description: explain your issue or request in detail.
- Attachments (optional): upload any screenshots or files that may help resolve your case.
Department options
Available departments are:
- Support, communications, administration and billing – general support, communications, account management and billing issues.
- Flows and inference – flow design, orchestration and inference execution.
- Datasets and labeling – data management and labeling tasks.
- Training and models – model training processes and AI models.
- Panels and monitors – dashboards, panels and monitoring tools.
- Controller and cameras – controllers, devices and cameras.
- Access and permissions – authentication, roles and permissions.
Additional information
In the Additional Information section you can provide details to help the support team prioritize and classify your ticket:
- Priority: select the urgency of your request. Options are:
- High – critical problem with strong impact.
- Medium – important issue, should be addressed in a reasonable timeframe.
- Low – minor issue or request, not urgent.
- Classification: choose the type of request:
- Question – you need information or guidance.
- Problem – something is broken or not working as expected.
- Feature – request for improvement or new functionality.
- Others – does not fit into the categories above.
Submitting the ticket
After filling in all required fields, click Submit to send your ticket.
Confirmation
Once submitted, you will see a confirmation message on screen and receive an email with your ticket details.
Viewing and managing your tickets
To check the status of your existing tickets or to create new ones, go to the My Area section after logging in.
- Here you can review all your previously submitted tickets.
- You can open new tickets directly from this area as well.
- Status and updates will also appear in this section.
